dialpad disabled in ktp-call-ui using telepathy-rakia account

Asked by M0ses

hi,

I have a problem with ktp-call-ui. I added a SIP account to my accounts, which I can select when starting ktp-call-ui. But if I start a call, the dialpad icon is greyed out and I can`t use it. I used the same credentials/account data with empathy, where I was able to use the DTMF dialpad, so I`m wondering if I have misconfigured something or maybe this is a bug.

thx M0ses

I suggest you report a bug. Raring is not ready and not stable. If you need an OS that works as expected I suggest you reinstall with Precise which will also give support til April 2017. If you are happy to stomach bugs and feature holes but want to report bugs to get the release ready for it's final release net month then by all means use Raring.

thx for your fast reply.
I was doubting if this would be a real bug. I will stay with raring and will file a bug report in hope to help you to make Kubuntu a little better. I tested a lot distributions the last 2 years and think Kubuntu 13.04 finally will be great.

thx a lot
