Well, you'll find most free music on Jamendo and Magnatune. As it's much easier to handle than search torrents, you might want to look there?

Still not able to download. It says stalled all the time. Someone mentioned seeds and peers what ever they are?

I think you're unable to start the downloading of file(s) using torrent? Please note that it might be illegal to do so ;)

After that, check that the port(s) you're using to down/uploading are open (you can install Firestarter to open/close ports) and forwarded from your modem. http://portforward.com/english/routers/port_forwarding/routerindex.htm might help with that task.
