the icon on my top toolbar has a red background & 'ew' underneath it

HI All

woke up today and my Ktorrent icon on my toolbar was red with ew underneath it.

What does this mean & should I be worried about it?

Hello.
What does "ew" mean? Which desktop are you using, Gnome or KDE? And which toolbar are you referring to, is the ktorrent icon a link or something else?
