Update Ktorrent to the latest

Can either of these 2.26 or 2.27 be added to the repositories.

2.25 is quite old now and is banned on a lot of the top private trackers.

Hey,

There are two options for getting a newer version of KTorrent, as far as I know.

1. Compile KTorrent from source. You can read about compiling from source here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/CompilingSoftware (I would use `build-dep` since KTorrent is already in the repos).
2. You can request that a newer version of KTorrent be put in the Backports. Read more about Ubuntu Backports and how to request new packages here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuBackports
