Try manually deleting whatever content /home/name/.kde/tmp/ktorrent/tor5/ contains and see if it works out.

(Note: Don't delete the partially completed file, however. Back that up somewhere and replace it later)

Or simply speaking, does deleting and re-adding the .torrent file help?
