(Kopete) How to block unwanted incoming messages from people not on my contacts list?

I'm bored of incoming spam from people I don't know. I use ICQ protocol only.
How may I block unwanted incoming messages from people not on my contacts list?
It's a standard feature for Miranda, Gaim, even genuine ICQ client.... I was unable to find it in Kopete settings...
