How do I install Kompozer?

I have tried to install Kompozer with no luck. Seems to be no install file.
I am using Ubuntu 9.10 and Kompozer 0.8b3.en-US

gksudo gedit /etc/apt/sources.lst

add these 2 lines:

deb http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu lucid-getdeb apps
deb-src http://archive.getdeb.net/ubuntu lucid-getdeb apps

(I assume you use lucid)

sudo apt-get update; sudo apt-get install kompozer

You may get a key error, if you paste the key error here I can give a command to import the key.

Thanks for your answer.
I am quite new to ubuntu and find it good but I think i will have to get some face to face help from a local (Toowoomba Australia) for a while till I learn more.

Why, the instructions are exatcly what you need. Any "face to face" will simply run the commands I gave which you can do yourself by copying and pasting....
