Can't open encrypted file in 3.95

I just upgraded to KMyMoney 3.95 from Clay Weber's PPA and now I can't open my .kmy file. I encrypted it in the the previous version of KMyMoney. Is this just a bug or is there something I'm doing wrong?

I get a "Sorry, Cannot read from file" error

Submit the bug to Clay's PPA, because it's an extremely peculiar setup, and certainly this does not belong to the Ubuntu package. My suggestion is to send a mail to <email address hidden>.
BTW, the encryption is working in SVN, but YMMV depending on other packages you may have installed.
