Quicken Data Files - QBF

Asked by Ampers

I don't know what data files everyone else seems to be using but my datafiles are Quicken 2001 uses QDF Data files

Although Intuit still market their Quickbooks program in the UK, they stopped Quicken years ago and if we send for American updates, they do things differently and are not Inland Revenue (IRS) compatible with the UK.

Is there any way I can use this program or should I delete it?

Ampers.

What would you like to do? Import your QDF file into KMyMoney?
I will ask if there is a way to do it.

I asked in the KMyMoney developers mailing list.
To import the QDF file into KMyMoney you should first import that into QIF format.
Is it possible to do it with the version you have?

Thanks... I had thought QIF files were a different versions data files.

On checking the Export item in the File Menu I find I can produce QIF files.

Thanks a lot.
