Kmymoney with no Categories list

Install KmyMoney release 3.5.10 found there is no Categories list on Income or Expenses.
How should I get theme.

I enter in Run Application “ubuntu-bug Kmymoney” and the result: “Package Kmymoney does not exist”.
This is in Ubuntu 10.04 LTS.
