  * Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining changes:
    - Kubuntu Vcs and maintainer fields.
    - Update upstream signing key.
    - Build dep on libkpimgapi-dev (>= 22.12.0~)
    - Optional build dep on libkf5purpose-dev. Enables the Share
      menu plugin.
