Why keystone did not region CLI command?

In keystone code, it has create_region, get_region, lists_regions, update_region and delete_region functions in /keystone/catalog/controlers.py, and keystone database has regions table. Why are these actions not cli command?

tenants and others all have CLI Commands, Whether the region should also have the CLI commands available to the administrator?
