an unexpected keyword argument 'ca_certs' error when running keystone 2012.2.3+stable

Asked by peng shi

I installed keystone by debian package, using the following 3.

1.keystone_2012.2.3+stable-20130206-82c87e56-0ubuntu1_all.deb
2.python-keystone_2012.2.3+stable-20130206-82c87e56-0ubuntu1_all.deb
3.python-keystoneclient_0.1.3-0ubuntu1.1_all.deb

But when I finished installment, and configure the conf file, and run user-list. I got following error message.
__init__() got an unexpected keyword argument 'ca_certs'

What can we do with this?

Thank you!

I get files from http://www.ubuntuupdates.org/package/core/quantal/main/proposed/keystone

root@ubuntu47:/etc/init.d# lsb_release -a
No LSB modules are available.
Distributor ID: Ubuntu
Description: Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS
Release: 10.04
Codename: lucid
root@ubuntu47:/etc/init.d# uname -a
Linux ubuntu47 2.6.32-38-server #83-Ubuntu SMP Wed Jan 4 11:26:59 UTC 2012 x86_64 GNU/Linux

So is it the problem of os version?

Lucid has less than a few weeks support left. I suggest you upgrade to Precise sooner rather than later.
