Compiling keybinder for LXPanel

I am trying to compile keybinder-3 for LXPanel. Now i am on stage "autogen.sh". And i have this error:
"possibly undefined macro:AM_DISABLE_STATIC
If this token and others are legitimate, please use m4_pattern_alllow.
See the Autoconf documentation."
And i can't find any autoconf file, and in README i didn't find anything about this. So please help me. Where i can find Autoconf documentation in keybinder-3? I tried to search for it, but didn't find.

It looks like you haven't installed the "libtool" package. Do that and try again.

Can you help with this problem?
