keepassxc for ubuntu 14.04 (trusty)

Is there a build for Ubuntu 14.04.5 Trusty?
When trying to install via the command line the repository installs OK, but then the apt or apt-get install fails with 'Unable to locate package keepassxc'
I found all the dependencies but now can't locate the actual package?
I am NOT ready to upgrade to Ubuntu 16 as this will mess up my customized Ubuntu-gnome (fallback/flashback) metacity desktop.
I have tried this once already and had to reinstall Ubuntu-genome 14.04.5

CORRECTION:
Before sending this I tried one more time ad was able to install through Synaptic but not Ubuntu software manager or command line.
It seems the difference was the repository that works is "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:keepassxc-team/keepassxc-stable" rather then", "add-apt-repository ppa:phoerious/keepassxc" from the blog page and others

the installer incorrectly indicates this must from command line, but aI did get a menu item in applications under Accessories

The Desktop version of Ubuntu 14.04 is not supported any more since April 2019. There is only limited support for the server version of Ubuntu 14.04 under ESM (Extended Security Maintenance, a paid option through Ubuntu Advantage to get extended support and security updates for selected server packages). see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Releases

Are you aware that you do not get any updates and bug fixes any more, not even for critical vulnerabilities?
