KDevelop 4.5 subversion support

After upgrading to Ubuntu 13.10 / KDevelop 4.5, I do not have any support for svn anymore in kdevelop. I tried both kdesdk-kio-plugins and kdesvn-kio-plugins, neither of them works.

I suggest you report a bug. Is it the same as a new user?

Yes, I created a completely new user and still i have no option to fetch a svn project nor have any svn menu entries or modules. Assuming svn support hasn't been dropped, I will report this as a bug.
