setup of dial up modem for Compaq EVO N 1000c

Trying to set up my Juno dial up account through my dial up modem. I have a Compaq EVO N 1000c laptop. But unsure of modem name or dial up speed. I just installed Linux OS Freespire.

Well, Freespire ist based on ubuntu. Still, I doubt you will get a answer in this forum. Most people here have limited knowledge of freespire.
There are two solutions:

1) Ask at the Freespire Forum (http://forum.freespire.org/)
2) Install Ubuntu (http://www.ubuntu.com/)
