how to download email attachments through KGet

My friends may attach some pictures as attachments with their email . Whether I can download them through KGet Please narrate steps.

When I give instructions It gives a new window to type URL

I have another doubt?

In my rediffmail I cannot attach files for sending
What is the reason?

If you are using Firefox, there is an extension called flashgot that will help you to integrate Kget into firefox.
