What is the roadmap for wireless support on KDE4?

I installed Kubuntu Gutsy LiveCD with KDE4 on DELL Inspiron E1505.
Can't get wireless working.

Can I use KDE3 wireless tools under KDE4? If not, what wireless tools do I use?

Yeah, just press ALT+F2 and enter knetworkmanager. This should start the KDE 3 version of our network management application.
