Some web pages in firefox ignores the "section of window" command

When taking a snapshot i use de "section of window" option, but in some pages the screenshot includes the firefox tool bar and status bar, without reason
i tried to close the apps and open them again, with no success
i dont want to use the region option because i've to do it many times, and the position don't save from one to another

also, when i navigate to other page of the same web (f.ex. abc.com -> abc.com/news) and i take a "new snapshot" the app doesnt' take it, and still shows the shot taken before

Just click the scroll bar, however it'll be included in the screenshot
