you can't alter settings on the the flood fill tool.to make it flood more or less why

come to use the flood fill tool in Kolourpaint and you can't alter the settings to make it flood.
and fill the part you want to fill.dose not seem to work.

What are you trying to make it do? Kolourpaint isn't for advanced editing (if you want to do serious image editing, try krita or the GIMP). Flood fill on Kolourpaint will just fill any contiguous areas of the exact same colour.
