How to instal kde help center

I would like to get help when I pres <F1> or Kturtle Handbook. I actually get "Could not find khelpcenter".

you need to install the package 'khelpcenter'
you can do this by running "sudo apt-get install khelpcenter" in a terminal. or by using the synaptic package manager to install the package 'khelpcenter'
