How do I pair my RAZR with my pc without dongle/cord?

I bought a Motorola RAZR V3, and an HS850 Bluetooth. I paired them without trouble. Now I'm trying to get my pc to recognize bluetooth or phone (whatever will transfer files) without a cord/dongle.
