problem finding drive names

I'm a total Ubuntu nOOb but I went into this thing completely blind. What command do I put in to know the names of my drives?

There is no way to get specific names on partitions, but you should be able to tell what each of them are by their size. i.e., if one operating system was 30gb, and the other was 50gb, you would be able to tell quite easily which was which. Any small partitions can be ignored, but don't delete them, as they could be important material. If you would like, post a screen shot of your drivers so I can take a look for you.
