I accidently erased the Kick menu from my desk top...

I dont know how I did it but I erased the startup KDE menu from my desk top and now I cant get to any of my applications (obviously) nor shut down my computer, etc. How do I get it back?

Right click on Kicker (Panel) → Add Applet to panel → K Menu

See the problem is I cant....I right click and nothing comes up for add applet to panel...THere is no panel at all...

I tried that, and when I right click I dont get the option to add anything to the K menu, I cant even find the K menu on my desk top....

try pressing "alt+F2" then type in kicker and hit return
