Using Amarok and it says I need decoders, where do I get them and how do I install them. I'm new.

Using Amarok I click on any radio station and a menu pops up and says I need a decoder, with the only answer "OK". So where do I get the right decoders and how do I install them. I have used Amarok before and it worked fine. But since I changed disk and reinstalled all programs, this is what I get.
