Installation of libqglviewer on kubuntu

Hi,
I am working to install a Opensource software name YADE,but download compilation and installation of QGLViewer, becomes essential.
Can anyone inform me, how from command line I aspect to download, compile and install QGLViewer, on kubuntu 7.10.
