There is no UI in launchpad to raise a bug. The bug is in Anakondi, it just keeps using more and more resources until it eventually overheats and crashes the CPU. I want to know how to stop this from konsole.

I'm running Kubuntu 11.04 which was upgraded from a fresh 10.10 install on an Acer emachines em350. The em350 has a crap Intel Atom N450 and 1GB of ram. Anakondi is using a ridiculous amount of resources, so much that I can count on it overheating and crashing the computer within 10 minutes of logging in. I use 'top' to watch Anakondi thrash the CPU and hard disk so hard that Alt-F1 won't work. I probably set up Kmail and Kontact to do useful stuff, but I'm at the point now I'll give up anything to stop Anakondi from causing physical damage to the computer. I've disabled Nepomuk in the UI as suggested only to find that it has no effect and Nepomuk always runs. Using kill on Nepomuk just causes Nepomuk to instantly respawn.

I need to know what to do in konsole to stop this permanently. I've done a few suggested things in the UI but using the UI isn't really an option since it's a just matter of time before Anakondi causes the hardware to fail. I'm quite happy to watch work go into Anakondi over the next few years only to be replaced by the next big thing but in the meantime I need to know how to stop Anakondi from doing physical damage to the computer and be more responsive than something like OS/2 4 on an 80486.

Yay, I've solved my problem! I just loaded each application that uses Anakondi (Kmail, Kontact, etc) and deleted all the configuration whilst continually rebooting before the computer crashed and it is fine now. Until advised otherwise I will carefully check for applications that use Anakondi and use an equivalent application that does not use Anakondi. I recently had a motherboard failure (power regulator capacitor exploded) and I'm quite sure it was because of Anakondi. Yes, I know how insane it is to blame a hardware failure on software but if you really test Anakondi you should come to the same conclusion. Can you please let me know once Anakondi is better than the worst virus imaginable so I can start using the applications that rely on it again?
