resizing konsole causes crash

Asked by sparky64

When I resize console I get a complete system freeze.
No keyboard response at all.(even number lock).
If I have music playing it will stutter for a second but then carry on. But I have to turn off with power button.
I have 2 kubuntu partitions (both clean installs) one on hdd which works, the other on a SSD with this problem.
I can open any other window with no problems, Have tried with up to 20 different windows at once.

This is my fstab.

I have also got a copy of kernel/system/boot logs from immediately after crash if wanted.
