Stalled at Splash, Failed at Hardware Recognition, ROG Crosshair VII Hero Wi-Fi BIOS

I am failing the install either on of the installs. USB software is good, have used on two other systems. Fails at hardware recognition of Motherboard. Specifically the BIOS. System is a ROG Crosshair VII Hero (Wi-Fi) BIOS 0601

Is having a problem with 5 out of the 20 USB ports being assigned in with host support as it states
"Max number of devices this XHCIhost supports is 127"
then
"driver . . . done
init-premount . . . done
root file system . . . /init: .: line 259: can't open '/scripts/nomodeset'
KERNAL PANIC

Suggestions???

Did you MD5 test the ISO you downloaded or did you use torrents to download the file?

I did. Test is good.

Also it was a direct download from the site.
