How to change from 24-hour to 12-hour time format?

Initially the korganizer is setup with 24-hour time format. I would prefer to use 12-hour time format. Is it possible to change this? I do not see anything within the settings menu and I cannot find a preferences menu.

Going in System->Preferences found "system settings". Inside system settings you will found "Language and Country" where you can change many things like numerical format, currency and, of course, time format.
