"Control Center Module for KTTSD not found." tells us that the package named "kttsd" is not installed on your system. To install it, open up a new console (Konsole for instance) and run:
sudo apt-get install kttsd

You will be asked for your password to gain the required permissions, you need to have sudo-rights.

Once you have installed "kttsd" and restarted KSayIt, the "Launch Control Center"-button will work as expected and take you to the control center module that was previously missing.

Hello

Are you configuring talker for ksayit? I use Festival .. This is what I did to configure (since I m a physically challenged guy)

sudo apt-get install festival

Then run
apt-cache -n search festival

This should give you a list of voice packages you can install:

Then run

sudo apt-get install <package-name>

for each voice you want to use.

For example, to install the

festvox-kdlpc8k - Americal English male speaker for festival, 8hz sample rate

run

sudo apt-get install festvox-kdlpc8k

and then try to run the talker..

If you are having the same problem I was having, this could help.

Hope it helps

Bhavani Shankar.
