Installing Beryl

How to install on top of current instllation (Kubuntu)
Are there any special hardware requirements? (nVidia) - what if I install it without fulfilling these hardware requirements?
Will it work slowly or won't work at all?

Should more or less explain it. The packages for beryl are now in ubuntu universe, so you don't need the external repositories.
