Where is Kasumi homepage?

`apt show kasumi` points that <https://osdn.net/projects/kasumi/> is Kasumi's homepage, but that site seems pretty much dead. Is it the actual project homepage?

A quick web search indicates that this is still the homepage, but apparently there has not been any work on that software for more than a decade (except packaging it for different operating systems, which is done outside that homepage).
