Hallo ich bin ein ubuntu Neuling.

Zuerst mal das Problem:
Kein Ton bei Kaffeine (DVB & MP3 testet)

Umgebung:
ubuntu 6.10
Die Sources.list erscheint mir komplett und ist auszugsweise unten einfach angehangen...

Nexus TV Karte
Rhytmbox spielt mp3 und Systemgeräusche sind ok.

Bild ist gut (frischer Kanalscann). Ton ist nirgendwo vorhanden. Sowohl Tonspuren wie Stummschaltung probiert.

Bei dem Versuch manche Codecs zu installieren erhalte ich immmer den Fehler:

"Paket xyz ist nicht verfügbar, wird aber von einem anderen Paket referenziert. Das kann heißen, dass das Paket fehlt, dass es veraltet ist oder nur aus einer anderen Quelle verfügbar ist."

Dies geschieht u.a. bei : w32codecs und libxine-extracodecs
(apt-get update habe ich durchgeführt)

Auf der gleichen HW ist auch noch XP, dort funktioniert die Karte i.O. will sagen die notwendige Verbindung TV-Karte-Sound karte ist vorhanden.

Leider habe ich beim Googeln keine sinnvolle hilfe mehr gefunden und hoffe auf Eure...

Noch ein Hinweis auf falsche Codecs: Eine Play auf einer MP3 Playlist von ca. 30min wird von Kaffeine in 1 sek ohne ein geräusch abgearbeite;-)
