Rhythmbox is the default music player in Ubuntu, it can be used to play radio streams from the internet. An alternative is Streamtuner, an application dedicated to internet radio. Install one (or more) of them, the choice is yours :)

An overview of the multimedia applications available in Ubuntu, including the two mentioned before can be found at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MultimediaApplications

I have Rhythmbox installed but I have no idea how to use it to play internet radio streams. All it provides is a URL input box to the web site but nothing to specify the stream. Firefox ask me to chose an application without allowing me to browse to thje applications list just offering me a search capability.

Can you help with this problem?
