After successfully burning a DVD data disc k3b regiters "DVD0 has unsaved data". Can I safely disregard?. What does it mean?

You are safe to delete it. There is an error in k3b that has been confirmed and fixed in a more recent update.

You may want to check if you can update k3b, if not you are safe to discard this information.
