how to write 2x speed in k3b

 1. Put a blank CD into your CDRW drive
2. Open K3b
3. Click "Tools" menu, then "CD -> Burn CD image"
4. Select the appropriate file in the "Image to Burn" box.
5. Be sure that the correct "Burning Device" options are set. Note: If you will be burning more than one or two discs, set your burning speed to a reasonably low speed (say 8x(x0 option)). This will allow you to burn hundreds of copies of your iso image one after another, for days on end.
Using the maximum speed of your CDRW will tend to cause errors after two or three discs have been burned in succession.(the auto option) Your results may vary.
6. Set the number of copies of the CD you want to end up with.
7. Click the "Start" button
8. Wait a while.
9. If you have selected multiple copies, the disc tray will open after each one, allowing you to simply pop in a new blank CD and push the tray in to make the next copy. Very easy!

how set 2x speed
in nero software contains the various speed 2x 4x.... 52x
we are select the speed
k3b
only contains auto
and x0
x0 writing speed also 8xto 10x
i want write 2x speed if any option is there in k3b

The minimum speed is only 8x to 10x in k3b as far as I know.. and its not hardware dependent I think so... As long as it works and CD's are getting burnt it should be fine....:)
