In K3B when I click F1 to see its manual, the system says, it is not available. So I can read it just on-line, on KDE web site.
Why this trouble? Is there a way to put the manual together with the program? Or at least to download it in a readable format? Thanks.

K3b is a KDE application that needs khelpcenter to show help files

This is not installed by default on Ubuntu (Gnome not KDE)

You can install it by installing khelpcenter with synaptic package manager or by typing the following is a terminal

sudo apt-get install khelpcenter
