Why is JMagick stuck at 6.2.6 version ?

Asked by Andre Schild

The current debian versions of JMagick are stuck at 6.2.6 version.
In the 6.3.9 and 6.4.0 there have been a lot of enhancements (also for working with color profiles)

What is the reason these new versions are not put into debain testing ?

All I can suggest is report a bug and it may get updated if there are significant bug fixes etc.

Can you help with this problem?
