ok It has a link for here:
https://translations.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+translations
but there is not Jeex.
even if I go back to https://translations.launchpad.net/ and type jeex it links me in the package discription, where is not a link for translation... :(
It's my first time for this so please be patient :)

Jeex is not translated on Launchpad. The author does not maintain the program on a public repository.
It's good to try to contact the author and get an opinion as to if he plans to make a newer release, possibly using a repository, so that Launchpad can host a copy.
