problems downloading the diff.gz file

Hello,

I am trying to install JAGS on Ubuntu, but I am having some trouble.
I tried to download the diff.gz file, but it took me to a text file on the browser.
I also tried to copy this text and put it into a text file, before using dpkg-source on the .dsc file, but it did not work.
How can I download this file to successfully install JAGS

I am sorry, I am new on Ubuntu, then I still have this silly questions.
