jags package

i would like to know can we call jags using java JNI

Hi all,

   We want to calculate samples using jags application in java.. my problem is.. in our company its strictly prohibited to call "bat,executable files" from java.. so is there any other ways say like using java JNI can we call jags to generate samples... if anyone can help me out to solve this issue it will be verry helpfull for me to get the things done...

If you mark the jar file as executable, it will run fine.

actually when we compile jags it will generate an executable file its generated by c++ .. so its strictly prohibited to call exe from java... is there any other we can use jags from java
