Would like an update to 1.9.20

Hi, just nudging you guys that this package is way out of date. We're back in 2017!

Upgrading to 1.9.20 solves some bad problems on certain hardware (discussion here https://github.com/jackaudio/jack2/issues/816#issuecomment-1019588768)

Compiling 1.9.20 from source on Ubuntu 20.04 and Mint 20.3 seems to be unproblematic.

Would be nice to have this on the package manager.
