firewall message

After upgrading to 12.10 from 12.04 I get a continuous message (every minute) from the firewall log file:

Dec 3 18:23:57 kernel: [ 4510.907359] [UFW BLOCK] IN=eth0 OUT= MAC=01:00:5e:00:00:01:08:76:ff:05:04:d4:08:00 SRC= DST=224.0.0.1 LEN=36 TOS=0x00 PREC=0xC0 TTL=1 ID=33781 DF PROTO=2

I blocked all outward traffic by the firewall, but what is the trying to connect here? And how can I solve this?
