Please update 'ipset' package version to latest ipset v6.38

Please update 'ipset' package version to latest ipset v6.38.

The current package contains version 6.30. You can see the changelog at http://ipset.netfilter.org/changelog.html

I can compile IPset from the source code. Please make it installable via apt-get.

I suggest you report a bug. If the bug and security fixes are significant then the package will be updated sooner.

Ubuntu is not a rolling release distribution so packages do get left in favour of stability. This is especially true in the LTS releases
