xfonts-intl-persian

Asked by A. Shafiei

Hello,
Recently, I have fixed some problems with one of the Persian fonts (IranNastaliq). I would like to know whether it is possible to add it (along with other Persian fonts) to one of the xfonts-intl packages.
Regards.

Ubuntu is copying this package from Debian.
If you want additional fonts to be included in this package, you better ask at Debian.
Warning: You should be aware that currently there is no maintainer for this package in Debian, so I doubt that there will be any modification on that package before a new maintainer is found.

Thanks. Since I am working with Persian fonts, I can also maintain this package.

Are you aware what the tasks and prerequisites are for being a package maintainer in Debian or Ubuntu?

Thanks for your response.
So one needs to find a sponsor first.
