How do I add repository for eoan to allow installing intel-mkl

when I do an apt-get search I can't see intel-mkl and I'm guessing I need to add a repository; can you explain which repository to add; Ubuntu 19.10, eoan

Just enable the mutiverse repository using the software centre and it'll be available to you.
