Upgrade or Uninstall Ubuntu 32 Bit

Is there any guideline for upgrading the Ubuntu 11.04 32 Bit into 11.04 64 Bit..

Please help me in this regard

Currently only Debian can upgrading 32 into 64 bit. Ubuntu unfortunately cannot. The only way is to clean install (64bit). If you have a lot of data, better backing up before do that. If not, shouldn't be a problem.
Should you have /home partition separate from the installation, retain the /home in advance mode. Still, better to backup though.

I have separate Installated partition but i don't know the clean producer to uninstall the Ubuntu 11.04 please guide me in unistallation. after that i will install new Ubuntu 64 Bit.

Natty 11.04 offer at installation to reinstall system files while keeping user files (but doing a backup remains a goo idea...).
Simply boot on a Natty 64bits CD, and in first screen, choose "Upgrade system". The 32bits system files will be replaced by 64bits system files.
