The PPA https://launchpad.net/~tualatrix/+archive/ubuntu/next does not have software for Ubuntu focal and must be removed.

sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:tualatrix/next
sudo apt-get update

This will solve the problem "deposunda Release dosyası yok", but it will not solve the problem "initramfs-tools paketi post-installation betiği kuruldu alt süreci 1 hatalı çıkış kodu ile sona erdi"

When you add PPAs check them to make sure they support your release. Not all PPAs support all releases and they don't have to either. It is entirely the prerogative of the PPA maintainer
